UNITED WE STAND!
As I looked over the crowds celebrating the presidential victory of Biden-Harris, I observed how diverse the makeup of the crowds was from city to city. I imagined, even if only for a moment how beautiful this world would be if this demonstration of unity amongst the races would last for more than a fleeting vapor. I thought back to President Obama’s victory; it was truly something extra-ordinary (i.e. extraordinary) to witness; the vast expressions of jubilation being displayed across the spectrum of colors, genders, and ages. How beautiful it is for people to dwell together in unity.
Oh, what one forfeits when he/she decides to reject another based-on race. Whether it’s the white man believing that he’s a superior being, the black man believing that he’s a superior being, the Asian, Hispanic or whomever, all are being deceived by The Devil and will ultimately find themselves in eternal torment if repentance isn’t performed. It’s IMPOSSIBLE for you to be a follower of Christ Jesus and be an unrepentant racist. Therefore, in this time of political transition, choose to make a spiritual new beginning and come to accept that the plan of God for all nations is to be unified in HIM!
“After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people, and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.” – Revelation 7:9-10 (NIV)
