The vices of this world are plenty,
You’re blessed if you don’t have any,
But just because I do,
Does not warrant you,
To look upon me with disgust,
Since it could happen to any of us.
So, as I struggle to overcome,
Refrain from treating me like scum,
I’m not seeking a helping hand,
Just a little grace until I stand,
One day I will win this fight,
But until then, be polite!
